How do I apply for an Access Number?

You can apply by email or giving us a call; follow the Contact Us link at the top right of the screen for our contact details. To issue an Access Number, we will ask you to provide personal information, including your full name, date of birth and address.

Why do I need to change my Access Number?

To ensure your privacy is protected, it is important that no one else can access your personal information. Therefore, we issue a one-time access number, which you can change to one only you know, and of course will easily remember.

How do I activate my Access Number?

• Enter your Australian Government Service (AGS) Number
• Enter your Date of Birth (using the format: DDMMYYYY (e.g. 01101955)
• Enter your Access Number (as provided by us).
• Click 'Login' (This is located at the bottom of the Member Access screen).
